“We have been totally impressed with [Warmboard’s] customer support, as well as the user friendly diagrams for how the panels fit together.
We would not be using hydronic radiant heat if not for your Project Manager, Carey Webber. I had been given a quote for radiant heat with gypsum concrete installation instead of Warmboard because the contractor said it would be more affordable. We were not happy with the performance of the gypsum concrete method so we almost scrapped the radiant idea all together in favor of a forced air system.
I decided to call Warmboard directly to see if it was possible to buy the panels from and install them ourselves. Carey explained that we could buy directly, install ourselves and hire a plumber to hook up the heat source. He gave us a quote for the Warmboard, connected us with the company with the boiler and even told us of another family in our town who just completed a home with Warmboard. The quote was affordable and things have worked out very well so far. We are doing a lot of our project ourselves so it will be awhile before we finish, but we will keep you updated on our progress”
